Description

You will be the operational interface between the SDR team and Revenue Operations, ensuring SDRs have the right data, processes, and tools to hit pipeline goals. You will analyze performance data, optimize workflows, and help scale the outbound engine.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B SaaS environment, preferably in SDR/BDR or Revenue Operations
  • Strong data understanding and experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to create and scale structures
  • Hands-on mentality and self-starter attitude
  • Proficiency with sales tools and automation; knowledge of outbound cadences and sales engagement tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain SDR dashboards and KPI reports (activity rates, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
  • Identify bottlenecks in SDR processes and develop scalable solutions
  • Ensure CRM (HubSpot) data quality for all SDR-related objects and activities
  • Manage SDR tool stack (Cloudtalk, Lusha, HubSpot, Notion) including rollout, training, and usage quality
  • Improve SDR-to-AE handoff process and coordinate with Marketing on campaign inputs
