💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a technical expert and strategic advisor for a public health agency, leading an After Action Review of a measles outbreak response. You'll synthesize findings into a formal report and develop an Improvement Plan. This role supports continuous improvement across emergency operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews on response performance.
• Review incident documentation and produce timeline of events.
• Draft after-action report detailing agency decisions.
• Assist in drafting Improvement Plan with action items.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and prior emergency response experience.
• Completion of FEMA IS100, IS200, and G300 courses.
• Experience in program evaluation or policy analysis.
• Ability to conduct research and develop actionable recommendations.

• HSEEP training preferred.
• Experience leading after-action reviews.
