You'll act as a strategic partner and operational linchpin, working closely with executive leadership to drive core business priorities and oversee technology-enabled systems. Your role amplifies executive effectiveness by streamlining operations, communication, and accountability across the firm.

Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, consulting, or project management with technology oversight in professional services or financial consulting
• Experience supporting executive teams with EOS or similar business operating frameworks
• Superior organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with systems selection, digital transformation, vendor management, and technology training
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Black Diamond, and AI note-taking platforms

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrator in strategic planning, priority setting, and follow-through on key initiatives
• Oversee execution of EOS tools (Level 10 Meetings, scorecards, Rocks) to coordinate and monitor progress
• Coordinate cross-department projects to align with company objectives and EOS principles
• Serve as central point of contact between leadership and teams, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring alignment
• Lead technology initiatives including AI adoption in reporting, CRM, and note-taking tools
