🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability to create management reports.
• Develop budgets, monitor KPIs, and implement actions to boost business success.
• Build and refine forecasting tools and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, MBA or related field.
• 5+ years experience in finance or controlling, ideally in service/sales company.
• ERP, BI systems, and advanced Excel expertise.
• Fluent in business English and German.
