Description

You will design and deliver enterprise-grade Blue Prism automation solutions, leading end-to-end RPA delivery from process identification to production support. You'll integrate with systems like CRM and ERP, implement governance and DevOps practices, and mentor junior developers—all while working on high-impact, scalable automation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years professional experience with at least 2-3 years focused on Blue Prism RPA development in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Prism (process studio, control room, RPA architecture) and building robust, scalable workflows
• Integration experience with system APIs, web services, databases, ERP/CRM systems, and exception handling
• Understanding of automation best practices, governance, ALM/DevOps for RPA, and environment strategy
• Agile delivery experience working in cross-functional squads and engaging business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade automation solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Lead development of RPA processes including process design, workflow building, exception handling, SLAs, and orchestration
• Work on end-to-end RPA delivery from process identification to production support
• Integrate Blue Prism with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, databases) and external services
• Implement governance, version control, environment strategy, deployment automation, and bot monitoring
