You'll support personal injury auto accident cases from intake through trial at a nationally recognized plaintiffs' law firm. Your work ensures compliance with procedural deadlines and delivers compassionate client service.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, motions, and settlement documents
• Organize, review, and summarize medical records and accident documentation
• Coordinate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel
• Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation

📋 Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience in personal injury
• Working knowledge of Illinois civil procedure and e-filing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software
