You'll own a portfolio of key accounts in the electronics supply chain, driving adoption and growth. You'll combine strategic account management with commercial instincts to upsell and cross-sell. Hybrid from Munich or Berlin.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Onboard new accounts and drive product adoption
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and health scoring
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within portfolio
- Translate customer feedback into product insights
๐ Requirements
- Customer Success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven ability to own retention and expansion targets
- Comfortable with revenue conversations and pipeline management
- Fluent in German and English

- Experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains
- Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing portfolio
