You'll own a portfolio of key accounts in the electronics supply chain, driving adoption and growth. You'll combine strategic account management with commercial instincts to upsell and cross-sell. Hybrid from Munich or Berlin.

  • Onboard new accounts and drive product adoption
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and health scoring
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within portfolio
  • Translate customer feedback into product insights

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Customer Success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to own retention and expansion targets
  • Comfortable with revenue conversations and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German and English

  • Analytical and data-driven in prioritizing portfolio
