💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the ASM product expert supporting key customer accounts in the semiconductor industry, managing technical account aspects and driving NPI evaluations at customer sites. This role focuses on leading projects and solving escalations to ensure equipment performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive NPI evaluations with hands-on work at customer locations.
• Provide corrective steps to resolve high-value problems at customer sites.
• Understand customer timelines for film development and technology roadmaps.
• Identify technical inflection points and collaborate with R&D for product development.
• Take responsibility for equipment performance and escalation resolution.

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or material science.
• 7+ years experience in semiconductor wafer processing or capital equipment industry (4+ years with PhD).
• Experience in process engineering or technical marketing.
• Direct experience with silicon wafer processing preferred.
