💼 About This Role

You'll design and deliver training programs for over 10,000 operational staff in a dynamic environment. You'll directly shape the learning journey and improve team performance through impactful interventions. You'll collaborate closely with HR and operations to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate training sessions with participants and team leads.
• Conduct workshops, leadership trainings, and other sessions independently.
• Analyze participant feedback and measure training impact.
• Identify learning needs and propose new learning solutions.

📋 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, HR, or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in L&D with in-person training delivery.
• Fluent German and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel to different sites in Germany.

• Driving license for travel.
