You'll lead cross-functional developer productivity programs for a remote-first company building an AI-native Digital Experience Platform. You'll shape how engineering teams deliver by introducing scalable practices and frameworks to improve developer experience and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs in Developer Productivity
• Own developer experience measurement program and metrics
• Manage enablement and rollout of productivity tools
• Embed AI into developer workflows and program execution

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of technical program management experience
• Experience with developer experience measurement tools (e.g., DX, Pluralsight Flow, LinearB)
• Skilled at partnering with engineers and engineering managers to translate technical initiatives
• Comfortable operating in developer tooling, CI/CD, testing infrastructure domains
