🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead engineering strategy for BlazeMeter and Perfecto platforms
• Drive AI and SDLC transformation across the engineering org
• Develop architectural strategy for security, scalability, resilience
• Partner with product management, sales, and customer success
• Integrate acquired products and reduce technical debt

📋 Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science
• 10+ years of software development and engineering leadership experience
• Proven experience leading AI and SDLC transformation initiatives
• Experience managing large, distributed engineering orgs including India-based teams
• Experience with PE-backed or acquisition-driven environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with API-first and developer-facing products
• Familiarity with performance testing, continuous testing, or mobile testing infrastructure
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
