You'll partner with SimplePractice's biller customers to drive long-term outcomes through executive alignment and strategic planning. You'll own the post-sale experience for high-impact accounts, focusing on retention, strategic adoption, and value realization. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare technology and strong executive presence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Serve as primary strategic partner for valuable customers
- Develop multi-quarter account strategies aligned to executive objectives
- Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning
- Proactively manage renewal exposure and risk mitigation
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing enterprise accounts
- Deep experience in health tech, EHRs, insurance or healthcare SaaS
- Experience with technology platforms like Notion, Slack, Gong, ChurnZero
- Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
