You'll own the post-sale experience for high-impact accounts, focusing on retention, strategic adoption, and value realization. This role requires deep expertise in healthcare technology and strong executive presence.

  • Serve as primary strategic partner for valuable customers
  • Develop multi-quarter account strategies aligned to executive objectives
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning
  • Proactively manage renewal exposure and risk mitigation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management managing enterprise accounts
  • Deep experience in health tech, EHRs, insurance or healthcare SaaS
  • Experience with technology platforms like Notion, Slack, Gong, ChurnZero
  • Proven executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders
