๐ผ About This Role
You'll resolve customer issues for a livestream shopping platform, ensuring buyers and sellers get the best possible experience. You'll collaborate across teams to improve processes and eliminate repeat contacts. This role offers flexibility to work from home or from our Tokyo hub.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude.
- Resolve issues regarding payments, orders, and shipments.
- Become an expert in Whatnot products and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and research.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of support experience handling email/chat.
- Fluent in English and native Japanese.
- Experience with Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Collectibles.
- Previous start-up experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
