You'll support Account Managers in delivering outstanding customer experience for Navan's Travel and Expense platform. You'll handle configuration queries, troubleshooting, and escalations while collaborating across teams. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Account Managers to support customer accounts
• Respond to email inquiries about product integrations and settings
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues cross-functionally
• Run playbooks to drive adoption and satisfaction

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ year in customer success, account management, or sales at a SaaS company
• Fluent in German and English - mandatory
