You'll join the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to ensure regulatory compliance. You'll define compliance requirements, develop risk assessment programs, and manage the Regulatory Compliance Team. This hybrid role offers the chance to shape compliance strategies for a fully regulated fintech company with over 18 million users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist the Chief Compliance Officer with regulatory compliance obligations
• Develop compliance risk assessment programs per annual plan
• Review and revise compliance policies, coordinate with internal audit
• Supervise compliance teams and monitor implementation of strategies

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years proven experience in a Compliance Officer role
• Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or related field
• People managing experience
• Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures

• Experience in crypto or fintech
• Familiarity with BSP regulations
