💼 About This Role

You'll join Mistral AI's Solutions team to deploy frontier AI models for enterprise clients as a co-builder. You'll identify high-impact use cases, unblock friction, and bridge the gap between model capabilities and client needs. This is an open invitation for founders to build again within Europe's leading AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own a portfolio of enterprise clients as primary point of contact
• Identify highest-impact use cases and structure deployment
• Bridge gap between model capabilities and client needs
• Feed product and research teams with on-the-ground signal

📋 Requirements

• Founded or co-founded a company (any size or sector)
• Sold a product to customers, built a team, or raised money
• Can talk to a CEO in the morning and debug a pipeline in the afternoon
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work without a playbook

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with deployment strategy or C-level adoption
• Background as CTO, technical founder, or lead engineer
• Expertise in fine-tuning, RAG, agents, or production deployment
