Description

You will assemble high-quality windows and glass products in a manufacturing environment, using air-powered tools and following job specifications to set up production stations, install components, apply sealants, and inspect finished units. This role involves working on flow line and bench production stations in a collaborative team setting where safety, precision, and quality are key.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic reading, writing, arithmetic, and computer skills
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Good work ethic with consistent attendance
• Ability to lift/move 50+ pounds and stand/walk on concrete for 8-10 hours

Responsibilities

• Set up production stations per job specifications
• Operate air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components
• Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames
• Perform quality checks on assembled products
• Load and prepare items for shipping and production
