You'll provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients and their families in the Granville, New Albany, and Gahanna areas, working with a faith-based nonprofit ministry. You'll manage a primary caseload while enjoying flexible PRN scheduling without weekend requirements.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage primary caseload of hospice patients
• Provide skilled professional nursing care per physician orders
• Educate patients and families on care plans
• Document care in compliance with Medicare and Ohio laws

📋 Requirements

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 2–4 years direct patient care in hospice or home care
• Graduate of an approved nursing program
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
