💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end manual validation of our AI platform for the construction supply chain, ensuring quality across crawlers, search services, and APIs. Your work will directly impact data accuracy and product reliability for over 300 distributors. You'll collaborate with engineers to improve QA processes and leverage AI-assisted testing tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end manual validation of platform features across crawler, search, APIs, and services.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios and exploratory testing strategies for complex workflows.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across UI, APIs, and backend.
• Partner with search engineers to validate query relevance, ranking accuracy, and performance SLAs.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in manual testing of complex web platforms and APIs.
• Experience testing distributed systems, microservices, and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and CI/CD workflows like GitHub Actions.

• Experience with search systems like Elasticsearch or AWS OpenSearch.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks built in Playwright/TypeScript.
