- Identify and engage high-potential clients in designated region
- Conduct door-to-door visits and in-person meetings
- Build robust pipeline via networking and active prospecting
- Manage indicators, monitor portfolio, and ensure post-sale retention

- Sales experience with strong relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and communicate value persuasively
- Passion for supporting small and medium entrepreneurs
- Organized with excellent communication and multitasking abilities
