Description

In this role, you will recruit subject-matter experts for GLG's client projects, schedule calls, and collaborate with client-facing teams. You'll build expertise across industries while developing strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6 months to 2 years experience in recruitment, research, sales, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in written English
• Eagerness to learn about new topics and industries
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Recruit new experts via targeted lead generation and outreach by phone and email
• Schedule and confirm client-expert calls and meetings
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to expand projects and refine recruiting populations
• Understand client strategies and industry sectors to identify and vet experts
• Uphold compliance policies to protect client engagements
