💼 About This Role

You'll lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting Manufacturing and Customer Support at a food-tech company. You'll partner with leadership to build training programs and strengthen manager effectiveness. You'll maintain regular presence in production facilities to build trust and support teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of three HR Business Partners
• Coach leaders on performance issues, corrective action, and investigations
• Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and build training programs
• Maintain regular visible presence in production facilities at least 3 days per week

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive People/HR experience with broad generalist exposure
• Prior experience managing and developing HRBPs or similar roles
• Experience building and delivering practical training for frontline and people managers in operational environments
• Meaningful experience supporting large hourly populations in manufacturing or operations
