• Provide accurate quotations for given Product Group
• Meet or exceed SLA for quote turnaround
• Read and understand bid requests via specifications/drawings
• Answer customer calls and resolve questions promptly

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of general pricing and margins
• Ability to work at fast pace and manage inquiries
• Excellent customer service skills
