You'll build an Intelligence Layer of autonomous agents that monitor and act on data to drive revenue and operational excellence at a voice AI platform. Your work directly supports CEO and Board decisions. You'll spend initial months building workflows while hiring an elite team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect agent-assisted intelligence systems beyond static dashboards
• Co-evolve data stack with semantic layer for agent readiness
• Leverage Deepgram's Voice AI to structure internal call data
• Act as primary data partner to CEO and Board for revenue models

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in data/analytics roles at high-growth tech
• 2+ years leading teams
• Expert-level SQL and Python
• Experience building agentic systems for data warehouses

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Data Engineer or Software Engineer experience
• Contributions to open-source data or AI projects
• Experience with real-time billing and consumption systems
