💼 About This Role

You'll shape the infrastructure strategy behind Gong's Revenue AI platform, working across engineering groups to drive architectural direction and operational excellence. You'll define cloud and infrastructure standards that enable teams to scale with confidence. This is a high-impact role focused on cross-org technical leadership and resolving systemic scalability challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and evolve cloud and infrastructure architecture across Kubernetes, networking, and observability.
• Identify and drive resolution of cross-team technical debt and operational inefficiencies.
• Partner with engineering leaders to influence architectural decisions and ensure scalability.
• Provide frameworks and tooling direction to empower teams for independent execution.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native infrastructure at scale.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise and knowledge of distributed systems.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Crossplane, or Pulumi.
• Programming experience in Go or Python for building tools and automation.

• Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure, GPU environments, or LLM workloads.
• Experience with large-scale data pipelines.
