• Define workflows, prototypes, and visual design of projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and ship features
• Contribute to and evolve the internal Design System
• Learn about users, understand pain points, and propose fixes

📋 Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI, interaction, and visual design skills
• Experience designing and iterating in Figma
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Comfort with 3D tools like Blender, Spline, Rive, shaders
• Experience in ambiguous, startup environments
