💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a key liaison between Assembly Health and physician clients, managing day-to-day relationships and driving satisfaction. You'll ensure successful delivery of Revenue Cycle Management services while optimizing performance KPIs like DSO and denial rates. This role offers the chance to impact healthcare operations at a growing MSO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor and analyze RCM KPIs (DSO, denial rates, AR aging)
• Collaborate with billing, coding, and collections teams
• Address payer issues and operational bottlenecks
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue cycle management or medical billing
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business
• Familiarity with RCM software (NextGen, Athena, eClinicalWorks, Waystar)
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding (CPT, ICD-10)

✨ Nice to Have

• Primary Care, Podiatry, or Multi-Specialty specialty knowledge
• Experience with ACO, CCM, BHI, APCM programs
• 3+ years supervising staff
