🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Snowtrail infrastructure team to deliver customer-specific workload coverage
• Drive evolution of Snowtrail for scalability, efficiency, and reliability
• Collaborate across teams to build high-performing teams
• Mentor junior engineers and foster code velocity

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years industry experience designing and building distributed data systems
• Strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Fluency in SQL, Java, C++, Python, or Go
• Ability to work on-site in San Mateo, CA or Bellevue, WA

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building at-scale telemetry pipeline or query replay pipeline
• Experience building or testing database query engine
• A track record of leading distributed technical teams
