You'll lead sourcing efforts for the Atlas program at Hadrian, an autonomous manufacturing company building rockets and satellites. Your core impact is driving supplier selection, negotiation, and end-to-end supply chain execution to meet cost, quality, and schedule goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and supplier selection for the Atlas program.
• Own end-to-end procurement from strategy through PO acknowledgment.
• Develop supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Serve as primary interface between suppliers and customers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or engineering (or 4 years experience without degree).
• Strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to convey complex concepts to engineers and stakeholders.
• Flexibility in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• 1+ years aerospace or defense procurement experience.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and purchasing functions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
