💼 About This Role

You'll execute daily treasury operations and support continuous improvement in a fast-growing fintech. You'll collaborate with the Treasury Front Office and help drive operational efficiency across all treasury activities. This role offers exposure to a wide range of financial instruments and a chance to develop your treasury knowledge.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute settlements, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS).
• Perform derivative valuation reconciliations and MTM analysis.
• Manage collateral exchanges and counterparty credit risk.

📋 Requirements

• Prior experience in a Treasury Back Office role or similar.
• Basic understanding of interest rate swaps and securities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills from finance/accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems.
• Knowledge of liquidity and payments.
• Experience with derivatives.
