Description

In this role, you will bridge product applications, client data, and business requirements, working with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to architect solutions and drive innovation. You'll turn client feedback into product improvements and ensure data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Information Management or related quantitative field
• 2+ years industry experience in data analytics or related field
• Proficient in SQL and Python
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Gather and communicate customer requirements to Product team
• Partner with PM, CSM, and Engineers to identify pain points and provide analytical suggestions
• Use SQL and Python for data extraction, EDA, and modeling to analyze business needs and predict user behavior
• Design and develop automated dashboards (Tableau or Looker) for real-time monitoring
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to evaluate marketing strategies
