• Optimize content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
• Review video metrics to improve engagement and retention
• Suggest new video ideas and editing styles aligned with brand goals

📋 Requirements

• 6-12 months experience with US-based teams and timezone overlap
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media-style video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
• Ability to deliver high-quality edits within 24 hours
