💼 About This Role

You'll join the Manufacturing Engineering Team to convert designs into high-quality products. You'll introduce new technologies, manage purchases, source materials, assemble molds, and operate injection molding machines to produce prototypes. You'll collaborate with R&D to support robotic automation development and ensure precision and agility in processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Operate injection molding machines up to 160 tons.
• Assist tests on climate and environmental impact on part quality.
• Assemble and disassemble molds and tooling.
• Manage inventory of consumables, tools, and raw materials.

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with injection molds.
• Experience working with injection molding processes.
• Proficiency in operating injection molding machines.
• Proficiency in Office Suite or G Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-temperature polymers (e.g., PEEK, PPS).
• Experience working with R&D teams.
• Reading-level English.
