🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment and onboarding.
• Run reference checks and initiate documentation.
• Manage reports and provide support to the TA team.
• Send monthly and weekly e-blasts for requisitions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Human Resources or recruiting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
