💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing customer experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and assist in daily operations to meet sales targets. This role offers a chance to combine retail management with a mission to fight hunger.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge to customers.
• Open and close the store, covering the sales floor as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
