You'll drive net-new pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth Team by educating agents on growth opportunities. You'll partner with agents to identify prospects and ultimately develop skills to become a Strategic Growth Manager.

- Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach
- Articulate value proposition and handle objections to qualify leads
- Document all activities in CRM with flawless data management
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Self-starter with ability to solve problems independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
