You'll lead and coach a team of Account Executives to drive revenue and pipeline goals while shaping Attio's go-to-market strategy. You'll directly impact high-value customer partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing. - Hire and coach Account Executives to hit revenue goals
- Participate in high-impact deals as executive sponsor
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years building and coaching sales teams
- 4+ years selling technical products to high-growth customers
- Strong quantitative forecasting and pipeline management
- Cross-functional strategic project experience
