💼 About This Role

You'll support day-to-day production logistics for multiple projects at a fast-growing creative studio working with top tech startups. You'll coordinate crew, talent, and vendors during pre-production and shoot days, and keep everything on track from pre-pro through wrap. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career ready to grow in a fast-moving production environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Producer with daily production tasks across multiple projects
• Coordinate logistics for pre-production and shoot days (crew, talent, locations)
• Communicate with clients, crew, and vendors on behalf of production team
• Build and distribute key production docs (call sheets, schedules, releases)

📋 Requirements

• Based in the Bay Area (required)
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects
• Strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership

• Experience with file organization and footage delivery
• Familiarity with production software (e.g., Frame.io, Google Drive)
