Description

As a Security Associate, you will manage vehicle movement at entry/exit gates, conduct patrols, execute safety protocols, and provide a service-first approach to protect associates, customers, and assets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and execute multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle conflict positively
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movement at entrance and exit gates with proper documentation
• Conduct routine patrols of facility and yard, documenting security/safety concerns
• Perform badge creation, CCTV review, and other security requests
• De-escalate situations and execute Incident Response Protocol
• Utilize Safe and Secure App (SAS App) and RFID Technology
