💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team responsible for assembly and test of ground station w-band amplifiers in the world's largest factory of its kind. You'll own the production ramp of complex electromechanical assemblies and drive continuous improvement in all aspects of operations. This is a high-impact position on a team in early stages of production ramp.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the production ramp of complex electromechanical assemblies
• Grow a team of 5 people to 20+ with hiring and training
• Interact with design, manufacturing, and test engineering
• Establish and analyze area metrics to drive improvements

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in production/manufacturing
• 1+ years of experience leading a team or project

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience building and leading cohesive teams
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
