Description

You will install and maintain launch pad electrical, mechanical, and fluid systems including hydraulics, high-pressure gases, and cryogenics. Work with a team to ensure systems operate at the highest quality for successful rocket launches.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• 2+ years experience in maintenance or installation of mechanical and low-voltage control systems
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to support shift rotations and work overtime/weekends
• Must be able to travel up to 25% to other SpaceX facilities

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and install fluid system components from schematics or engineering drawings
• Troubleshoot operational issues in controls, fluids, and mechanical systems
• Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and aerial platforms
• Perform maintenance tasks for vehicle integration, pad maintenance, and general facilities
• Create, maintain, and edit written work orders and instructions
