Description

You will lead the global HR operations strategy across all international markets, designing and executing compliant, scalable frameworks that support employees and customers worldwide. You'll own compliance strategy, lead a distributed team, partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, and Sales, and drive innovation through technology and AI.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in global employment compliance and HR operations
• Experience with employer-of-record (EOR) models
• Strong strategic and consultative leadership skills
• Executive-level communication abilities
• Track record of building global operating models and leading senior regional leaders

Responsibilities

• Set global vision and strategy for HR operations across full employee and customer lifecycle
• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of regional HR Operations leaders
• Own global HR compliance strategy, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations
• Build and maintain a global network of external advisors and in-country experts
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape HR-related product strategy
