💼 About This Role

You'll design and build internal platforms and tools that empower Crusoe's Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams. You'll enable faster debugging of customer issues and improve operational velocity through automation. This role is critical for delivering seamless customer experiences across Crusoe's AI infrastructure platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build tools for internal teams to quickly diagnose customer issues
• Develop automation and workflows to reduce manual tasks
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, SRE, and Product
• Design systems that scale with growth in customers and infrastructure

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Proven experience building internal tools or platforms
• Experience with distributed systems design and observability
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD
