You'll drive automation and incident response across large distributed systems. This role involves a 24x7 on-call rotation in a fast-paced AI-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead service lifecycle from design to refinement.
• Drive scaling systems sustainably by automation.
• Establish incident response rotations and blameless postmortems.
• Write and review code; debug hardest problems on distributed systems.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• Proficiency in Golang or similar modern language.
• Systematic problem-solving methods.
• Experience with large scale production systems (10+ years prefered).

• Experience with observability tools and monitoring.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containers.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
