💼 About This Role

You'll lead day-to-day pharmacy care, including medication dispensing and inventory management, while supervising other technicians in a patient-focused specialty pharmacy setting. You'll collaborate with clinical and operational teams to provide excellent care across Nira Medical's network.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform accurate medication dispensing and prescription delivery activities
• Manage inventory, including ordering, cycle counts, and resolving expired or recalled medications
• Conduct patient care calls and coordinate with prescribers for prescription management
• Collaborate with internal and external medical and operational professionals

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant pharmacy technician experience in specialty, mail order, or infusion pharmacy
• Active pharmacy technician certification in Texas in good standing
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CareTend, CPR+, or PioneerRx
• Bilingual language skills
• Familiarity with technician management or supply chain management
