You'll lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs in Barcelona, driving outbound pipeline and daily execution. You'll define territory and accounts, spot gaps fast, and set the standard on intensity and output. This role is hands-on, from cold calls to closing.

- Lead, coach, and push a team of SDRs on outbound pipeline
- Stay hands-on with cold calls, messaging, and sequences
- Define territory, accounts, and outbound approach
- Work closely with Head of Sales to scale the team
๐ Requirements
- Outbound sales experience with some leadership exposure
- Strong in cold calling and objection handling
- French fluent + English solid
- Hands-on, numbers-driven, ownership mindset
