• Deliver direction and oversight of all dispensary operations
• Drive revenue and profit through effective execution of programs
• Oversee product inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance
• Coach leaders to deliver memorable in-store customer experiences

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
• Five years supervisory or management role in retail
• Inventory control experience required
• Cannabis experience preferred (not hard requirement)
