Description

You will build AI-powered compliance systems from the ground up, designing architecture, deploying agents, and engineering workflows to make compliance faster and more reliable. You'll own outcomes end to end, driving measurable improvements in automation rates, decision quality, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• 5-7 years building compliance management systems in regulated environments
• Hands-on experience leading AI or automation projects with human-in-the-loop workflows
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor for workflow design
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk
• Data-driven reasoning skills with ability to drive decisions from metrics

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-native compliance workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, Gumloop
• Deploy and configure AI agents across compliance use cases
• Monitor agent outputs and own operational metrics like task efficacy and accuracy
• Conduct root cause analysis and improve agent prompts and decision logic
• Lead analysis of AI metrics and compliance trends to inform roadmap decisions
