💼 About This Role

You'll keep our in-store media network running smoothly by troubleshooting and repairing physical devices in local grocery stores. You'll resolve display issues that can't be handled remotely, working closely with the Operations team. This role offers flexible part-time hours and mileage reimbursement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check power sources and connections on display devices
• Reset or replace display devices when needed
• Troubleshoot with Operations team over the phone
• Collect equipment for return to headquarters

📋 Requirements

• Comfortable communicating via text or phone
• Mobile hotspot or ability to enable one on phone
• Reliable insured vehicle for travel within 50 miles
• Valid driver's license and region travel ability
• At least 18 years old
