Description
As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you will lead scientific engagement across oncology and hematology/immunology within the Southeast region, focusing on Cogent Biosciences' lead program bezuclastinib. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and ensure consistent scientific communication to support corporate objectives.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent)
- Experience as a Medical Science Liaison in oncology or hematology
- Strong knowledge of GIST and/or Systemic Mastocytosis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally
Responsibilities
- Manage territory as scientific and medical expert in GIST and Systemic Mastocytosis
- Develop and execute territory strategy aligned with regional business objectives
- Lead scientific engagement with thought leaders and HCPs to gather insights
- Cultivate peer-to-peer relationships with top-tier scientific experts (KOLs)
- Facilitate investigator-initiated research and real-world evidence proposals
